Excellent site, keep up the good work.
What I Learned From School Today
I actually learned something very useful today at school. Not any mathematical, it was a text we should read and analyze. The text was all about having a dream and a goal. That was the inspiration for todays blog post.
This is a thing I talk about in my report: you have to have goals, to improve your blogging methods.
“A goal without a plan is just a wish.”- Antoine de Saint-Exupery
I use this technique to test myself and to be more productive as I blog. I use to find new ways to promote my blog posts, when I seek for traffic rise, I keep adding the traffic sources to sites where I promote my blog content. You should create a list of sites where you can promote your blog content. I have a pretty long list, right now and it keeps getting better and better.
If you don’t have a goal you will not improve your blogging methods as fast as you could do. When you finish a goal you can celebrate it by doing something you like. If you like to tweet, give you some extra time to tweet the day.
When you set up a goal, you need the deadline. Your deadline have to be realistic if you can’t reach the goal within the limit, it will not be that fun. So you need to set some realistic goals and time limits. I normally create ten goals that need to be reached within a week or 14 days. I tend to reach every goal, because I don’t set up a goal that is too unrealistic and a realistic time limit.
Some examples of goals could be:
- Write 12 blog posts
- Get 20 percent more traffic than last week
- Earn 20 percent more than last week
- Reach 100 subscribers
- Write a guest blog post on another blog
The list could go on and on. A way you can keep track of all your goals is to create a draft on your blog with all the goals. When a goal is done, just put “-done” in it. It’s a pretty simple way of keeping track of all your goals.
All from me now, hope you enjoyed the blog post! Now time for creating a goal!

Great post
Totally true, setting goals could help you achieve more. I set goals as well, it helps me a lot.
It also helps you get motivated to write blog posts..
Goals are indeed very important. I find it very useful when setting goals to tell them to my friends, family and “blog buddies”. It really does work, they are very motivational people.

I‘m sure many of you are like me and one of the first things you do in the morning is head here and check out the new post. Along with seeing the new posts, I’m also always checking out the blog roll rss feed and watching them grow, or shrink sometimes. In one of my past …but all in all excellent site. Keep it up!
